What you'll need
A Freshdesk account with permissions to view API Key.
The API key for accessing your FreshDesk account can be found on the profile settings page.
The Domain name can be found on the homepage of the FreshDesk account. E.g., https://{Domain}.freshdesk.com
Steps
Enter a Connection Name, excluding whitespace and special characters.
Enter the Freshdesk Domain Name for the account.
Enter the Freshdesk API Key for the account.
When you're happy with your settings, click Save -> Test -> Publish
